The team at the West Wales Chronicle are delighted to announce that we will be hosting the Llanelli Westminster Candidates Debate on the 30th April at Morfa Social Club, Llanelli.

In order to ensure public participation and democratic process, candidates will be asked to answer a range of questions, including those posed by members of the local community.

In advance of the debate, members of the public will be invited to submit questions to be put to the candidates through social media channels. Our team will then select which of the submitted questions will be used at the debate. Members of the audience will also have the opportunity to submit questions for selection by our team.

Members of the public are invited to submit questions on a range of issues. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to (i) the National Health Service; (ii) Economy; (iii) Immigration; (iv) Education; (v) and Foreign Affairs (including the European Union).

Please note: the social media platforms which readers will be able to submit questions through are the official Facebook account of the Llanelli Westminster Candidates Debate@ https://www.facebook.com/pages/Llanelli-Westminster-Candidates-Debate/1421787404800184? or https://www.facebook.com/westwaleschronicle and our Twitter  account@ https://twitter.com/WWChronicle
