Indecent Assault Case Sent Straight To Crown Court A Burry Port man appeared at Llanelli Law Courts (July 12) accused of three indecent assault offences on a minor under the age of sixteen years. The alleged assaults were said to have taken place between 1977 and 1979 at Burry Port. A further offence of making an indecent image of a child was put before the defendant which was said to have taken place in 2015. Philip John Pryor, age 64 of Llys Y Llyfrgell entered pleas of not guilty to the three counts of indecent assault on a minor. No plea was entered to making an indecent image of a child. District Judge Nigel Hodgkinson stated that the case was not suitable for a summary trial and released Pryor on unconditional bail until he is to appear at Swansea Crown Court on August 13 for trial.
