A LETTER TO MY TOWN.
Dear Llanelli,
I hope that you are keeping well,
To tell you the truth I miss you like hell.
Since the time I moved away
I’ve heard you’ve fallen into decay.
Tell me this cannot be true,
Of the town I love, I really do!
I know all the heavy industries are dead,
And to Parc Trostre the multinationals fled.
But surely our beloved Sands are still there,
And the dunes where we played without a care!
I’n told that the rugby has a new ground,
Oh damn, I’m going to miss that Stradey sound.
Please tell me its not true what I heard about
That the he future of Parc Howard is in serious doubt.
Glasfryn has gone and so has the Glen,
The former for babies, the latter for men.
But never mind, if push comes to shove,
You will always be my only true love.
Assuring you of my undying affection,
Yours fondly,
Tony.

I believe everything published was very reasonable.
But,what about this? what if you wrote a catchier post title?
I mean,I don’t want to tell you how to run your blog, however suppose
you added a post title to possibly get a person’s attention? I mean A LETTER TO MY
TOWN. –A POEM BY TONY ALLENDER | West Wales Chronicle :News for Llanelli,
Carmarthenshire,Pembrokeshire,Ceredigion,Swansea and Beyond is a
little boring. You might look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create article headlines to
grab viewers to open the links. You might add a video
or a related picture or two to get readers interested about what you’ve got to say.
In my opinion,it might make your posts a little bit more interesting.
