Council launches graduate programme for 2022

Carmarthenshire County Council is now looking for talented university leavers to join the successful graduate programme in 2022.

The two-year scheme offers a range of exciting opportunities which combine on-the-job experience, in-house training, and a post graduate qualification to provide an excellent first step to achieving career goals.

The opportunities available include Performance Officer, Policy and Partnership Officer, Information Governance Assistant and Data Insight Officer.

Cllr Mair Stephens, Deputy Leader of Council:

We have exciting opportunities available in a range of service areas including IT and policy, with more exciting graduate jobs launching in the new year.

“Our programme is open to all ages. We are looking for committed and driven individuals to join our ever-changing organisation.”
