I see that a world speed record has just been broken by a Welshman for a petrol driven wheelbarrow in England. Let’s hope Welsh Council contract workers can handle them. Sadly it would need umpteen Wales Councillor Committees to decide whether they should be sustainable zero carbon free battery powered and then where could their charging points be located.
