At 10.38am on Monday, May 12th, the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service crews from Ammanford and Llanelli Fire Stations were called to an incident along the M4, westbound, near the Pont Abraham roundabout.
Crews responded to a road traffic collision involving one pick-up truck towing one livestock box. The livestock box, which was carrying three cows, had overturned and was on its side.
Crews were involved in making the scene safe and assisted with transferring the cattle to a spare trailer that had been brought to the scene.
Crews left the scene at 11.27am.

This really highlights how crucial proper safety measures are when transporting livestock,especially on busy routes like Pont Abraham Roundabout. Glad it was reported—hoping the animals and driver are okay.
and it said on facebook yesterday a lorry of cattle over turned there,and the police marksmen were there in case the cattle run in front of traffic…
