Letters written by Dylan Thomas are now on show at the Boathouse in Laugharne for the first time.
They are on loan from the National Library of Wales and are a selection of letters written by the poet whilst he lived there.
Also unveiled at the Boathouse this week were five interpretation panels and the new DT100 Welsh Government spring events brochure.
The Welsh Government has produced 20,000 copies of the brochure, which has a particular focus on Carmarthenshire.
It will be distributed widely across Wales via arts venues, DT100 stakeholders and partner organisations.
The panels focus on Dylan the man, the writer, Boathouse letters and literature, the Boathouse years and the end.
Carmarthenshire County Council owns and manages the Boathouse as part of its heritage and arts portfolio.
Executive board member for heritage and arts Cllr Meryl Gravell said: “The launch was very successful, there is a lot of interest in Dylan Thomas and the Boathouse this year through DT100, marking the centenary of his birth.
“The letters and the panels will, I’m sure, prove an even greater draw for visitors to the Boathouse and Laugharne.”
Minister for the Economy, Science and Transport, Edwina Hart, said she was delighted with the launch of the Spring edition of the brochure.
“The Welsh Government is proud to be working with its partners to deliver the centenary festival,” Ms Hart said.
“The multitude and variety of events which are featured as part of the year-long festival will prove a fitting tribute to Dylan, acting as a catalyst for revitalising interest in his work and introducing him to a brand new audience.”
