Do you have experience of mental health problems and would you like to share your story?
Time to Change Wales, the first national campaign to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems in Wales, will be working with S4C on a week of programmes about mental health in May.
They’re looking for people with experience of mental health problems who speak Welsh and would like to help out. There’s a variety of activities people can take part in from writing a blog or reviewing a TV programme to speaking to the press and media about your experiences.
They have a really short timescale for this so please help spread the word ask anyone you know who may like to get involved – friend, family, neighbour, window cleaner….. or maybe just you!
