Following the investigation into the incident in Market St Llanelli in the early hours of Sunday 15th September.
“Declan Pugh,20, from Llanelli, has been charged with 2 x common assault and 1 x grievous bodily harm and will appear at Llanelli magistrates court this morning, Monday 16th September 2019.”
