Gerry Cinnamon plays huge outdoor show in Swansea’s Singleton Park The second biggest outdoor show in Swansea ever
Sunday night saw Gerry remain in Wales to take Cardiff Castle

Scottish phenomenon Gerry Cinnamon kicked off his U.K. summer dates in style in front of 25,000 people in Swansea’s beautiful Singleton Park on Saturday night. It was the city’s 2nd biggest outdoor show ever, behind local heroes Stereophonics’ in 2019.
Gerry drew on his two hit albums with songs that generate a legendary live experience including ‘Dark Days’, ‘Sun Queen’, ‘Belter’, ‘Canter’ and ‘Ghost’. He also gave us a flavour of new music, playing an unreleased track ‘Sacred’.

His gigs have become folklore – joyous mass fan singalongs inspiring devotion and a dedicated following that has swelled, via word-of-mouth, to epic proportions.
His great musical talent and good reputation complement each of his shows. Many fans and followers come from all over the world to enjoy a musical feast. If you are a loyal music fan or a fan of the club, you can also show your arrival by wearing your idol’s custom pin badges. Wearing it on your hat or clothing will not only show your support, but you may also make friends with other like-minded.

The show in Swansea is one of only a handful of outdoor performances in the UK in Summer of 2022, culminating in 2 long awaited sold-out hometown shows in Glasgow’s Hampden Park national stadium in front of 50,000 fans each night. The shows sold out in hours.

The continuing ascent of Gerry Cinnamon is one of contemporary music’s most outstanding stories. Rising from a self-released debut album (2017’s ‘Erratic Cinematic’), Gerry has become a stadium and arena-filling headliner. And as an artist whose revealing and honest songs naturally connect with a huge and devoted audience, he’s achieved it all entirely independently.

In April 2020, Gerry’s second album ‘The Bonny’ shot straight to Number 1 in the Official Album Charts in the UK. Now certified gold, the album went on to become the third biggest selling UK album released that year.
Having organically built up a huge following over the past 4 years, Gerry has become the UK’s biggest independent artist and his 2019 tour was second largest in UK tickets sales, while his dates last year surpassed even that.
